Processing time:

Due to COVID-19, delivery times can be expected to delay. It will take approximately 7 - 14 days to process your order (this does not include shipping times). Orders are usually fulfilled once a week.

You will receive an email with a tracking number after it's been processed and dispatched. 

Estimated shipping times:

United States: Fully tracked 2 - 9 business days

Canada: Fully tracked 2 - 8 business days

International: Tracked 20 - 75 business days

 These time frames are not guaranteed as Covid, holidays, weather, and mail volume can affect delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?

Unfortunately due to Covid, I currently only ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, United Kingdom, United States, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

I can't guarantee that I'll be able to make changes to your order as I start working on your order as soon as it is placed but please contact me at hello@janicesung.com and I'll do my best!

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once I have finished preparing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, the email will also include your tracking number if available. 

Customs and import taxes

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Returns Policy

I am unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time but if there are any problems with your order please don't hesitate to contact me. 

Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct as I can not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refused shipments will not be issued a refund as the package won't be returned to me.
